Terms and Conditions

This agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between Cronochat ("referred to as "we", "us" or "our") and you, concerning your use of https://cronochat.app and all websites, applications, and communications that post a link to this agreement (collectively referred to as Cronochat).

  1. You acknowledge that you have read and understood Cronochat's Privacy Policy.
  2. By installing Cronochat to your organization's Slack workspace, you guarantee that your organization authorizes you to do so.
  3. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of content posted by users of Cronochat, and we are not liable for it.
  4. You warrant that you own the content you publish via Cronochat and that it does not violate any rights of any person or entity.
  5. You accept that you cannot:
    • use Cronochat in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
    • use Cronochat to impersonate any person or entity
    • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, damage, or disrupt any parts of Cronochat
  6. By activating Cronochat's paid subscription for your organization's Slack workspace, you guarantee that your organization authorizes you to do so and agrees to pay fees.
  7. Where payments are processed via Cronochat using third-party payment processors, you also agree to any terms and conditions set by those payment processors.
  8. We are free to update Cronochat without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of Cronochat.
  9. We reserve our right to change these Terms and Conditions in the future. Your continued use of Cronochat will constitute deemed acceptance of our updated Terms and Conditions.
  10. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning your use of Cronochat. If a court or competent authority decides that any part of it is unlawful or unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed deleted and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
  11. This agreement is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cronochat operates. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any claim or dispute arising out of this agreement.
